These terms apply to your use of StockSignalCheck (stocksignalcheck.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Information only, not advice
StockSignalCheck provides market data, rules-based indicators, calculators and educational content for general information and research. 2. Scores and indicators
Short-term scores, longer-term trend scores and risk labels are calculated by fixed rules from historical price data. They describe past price behaviour. They are not forecasts, ratings, price targets or probabilities of profit, and they don't consider a company's financial health, valuation or news.
3. Market data accuracy
Market data is supplied by third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Prices can differ from those at your broker. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information on the site. Always confirm prices and details with your broker before placing a trade.
4. Calculators
Calculators show illustrative arithmetic based on numbers you enter. Results are hypothetical and don't reflect fees, taxes, currency conversion, price gaps or real-world trading conditions.
5. Advertising and affiliate links
The site may display advertising and may contain affiliate links to brokerages or other services. If you open an account through an affiliate link, we may earn a commission. Affiliate relationships never affect research scores. A link to a third party isn't an endorsement, and we aren't responsible for third-party websites, products or services.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it with automated tools in a way that places excessive load on our servers or data provider, scraping or reselling its data, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The site's design, text, guides and code belong to StockSignalCheck unless stated otherwise. You may share links and brief quotations with attribution. Company names and ticker symbols belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
8. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
